An inspiring event where Maintenance managers and fore runners in SMART Maintenance share their knowledge and experience.

CTO (UVS-IS) Ronald Kok presents how new technology can help maintenance departments to be more effective. The use of remote maintenance and the usage of ICT technology will help to improve and reduce hands-on tool time necessary.

A typical example shown is van Beek Screw transport. A Dutch machine-builder that in an early stage adopted SMART remote maintenance for it's lease and rental machines. In this way they can service more with less resources and learns how their machines behave in different circumstances.
