    HannoverMESSE 2018, again a great success. Thanks to Dutch IT and FME, innovative companies like ours could count on lots of attention and new business leads trough out the world.

    Eveliene Langedijk, CEO UVS Industry Solutions (upper left picture) and Business Development executive Nathalya Groot (upper right picture) have proven that female lead companies break barriers for innovative and new approaches that help pave the way for the factory of the future.

    During the MESSE, we introduced our latest innovation, a wireless, battery powered sensor unit for monitoring and recording multiple asset behavior parameters. This unit compliments our vertical solution for predictive maintenance.

    Dutch state secretary of economics mrs. Mona Keijzer (lower left picture) emphasized the innovative power of the Dutch industry that could be beneficial to all European counties. UVS Industry Solutions is proactively stimulating and sharing innovations trough out the European market supporting a more effective and strong technology driven europe.

    "UVS Industry Solutions" was founded by Ronald S. Kok (BSc) in 2001. He started with the development of CLOUD applications, user-friendly scheduling software that provided added value to his consultancy services. Although originally intended to be used by consultants and project managers, industrial companies also became very interested in using these applications, so he decided to launch it as a separate product, called OpenICM.

    OpenICM has become a revolutionary way to schedule maintenance and to support all kinds of Business Improvement tasks. What makes OpenICM unique is the combination of Competence Management, Resource Management, Production Planning and LEAN / 6Sigma.

    Since 2015 development of OpenICM has taken a tremendous leap and we can proudly say that OpenICM has become the most advanced, elaborate Asset management systems in the world. Leveraging deep learning and IIoT connectivity to gain the best asset and maintenance performance while still being easy to use.

    November 2015 Eveliene Langedijk joins UVS as CEO and Business Development executive and UVS split into technical consultancy and asset performance, paving the way for further development of both activities.

    Since august 2018, UVS Industry Solutions is located at the “Gericke process experience center” in Hoevelaken, The Netherlands. Our new office & facilities allow our clients to experience predictive maintenance in various real life machinery like mixers, pump, screw transport etc.

  • Maintenance Gorinchem 2018

    For her debut edition in the Netherlands, the Maintenance trade fair is working together with industry association NVDO (Dutch Association for Effective Maintenance).

    NVDO focuses on the entire Asset Management chain, representing approximately 300,000 maintenance professionals with a total turnover of 30-35 billion euros.

    The trade association will support the fair by supplying a part of the knowledge program of which the first speakers and topics are now being announced.

    OpenICM asset management AMMS* combines executive tools and functions as well as advanced analyses tools like FMECA, OEE and Predictive modeling. All modules work together without custom programming or configuration.

    The OpenICM model library consists out of more than 3000 model of typical asset behaviors like motors, pump, valves etc. Just typecast an asset and all applicable models will be assigned to that asset.

    Easy model creation

    You will be able to build you own library with modified and add new models. Data scientist can easily design new models using the graphical interface or make advanced models using Python programming.

    Three step predictive analyses

    Local first line analyses is done at sensor level, based on common real-time relations degradation and faulty circumstances are identified.

    MES level analyses is done at local or cloud based server level, where line or machine behavior is analyses. At this stage specific machine behavior and asset relations are modeled analyzed.

    Big Data analyses considers common assets over time. Here feedback is generated and new models are deviced that will be made available at edge level.
